LVHS Haunted House 2017 (Nov 17, 2017)

This year the High School’s Haunted House at the Halloween Carnival on October 27 had much shorter lines, but brought in more than 150 people to experience the fright. It was a great success, and LVHS hopes next year will be even better.

Freshman Surprise 2017 (Nov 16, 2017)

This September, in an age-old LVHS tradition, the freshmen were surprised and taken to LVHS for a night of fun and games.

LVHS Homecoming Week 2017 (Nov 11, 2017)

The week of October 16th-20th, LVHS had an exciting break from classes for their Homecoming Week! Filled with fun activities and hilarious spirit days, students bonded with their fellow classmates and ended the week with a beautiful Homecoming dance.

LVHS Yosemite Trip 2017 (Oct 05, 2017)

In early September, the entire Lee Vining High school traveled to Yosemite valley for their annual place-based education trip. The goals of the trip were to get out of the classroom and learn in a hands-on, real-world setting, to learn more about our own backyard, and to have a fun, school-bonding trip.

LVHS Witnesses Partial Solar Eclipse (Oct 04, 2017)

On Monday, August 21st, all of North America experienced either a total or partial solar eclipse. Students took a break from class to watch the eclipse and learn about the phenomenon.
